Where is the theater located?
The building that houses the theater is located approximately one block north of the square in Hagerstown. The theater entrance, as well as ample parking, is situated in the rear of the building.
What time should I arrive at the theater?
You should arrive between 6:00 & 6:15 PM for evening performances. That will give you ample time to enjoy your meal. The show follows immediately after dinner. For matinees, arrival time is between 1:00 & 1:15 PM. We invite our guests to dinner in the order in which they arrived.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
There is no need for a paper ticket. Instead of a ticket, we recommend that you make a reservation, just like you would for a restaurant. (Although, we can usually accommodate “walk-ins.”) Then, you come in, we seat you, we feed you, we give you a check, and at intermission you may pay any way you like.
How should I dress?
Our dress code is not formal. Business casual is appropriate. We
strongly discourage jeans, tee-shirts, sneakers and shorts. And, gentlemen must remove their hats.
Do you allow children?
We believe it is a wonderful thing to expose children to the world of live theater! However, we have found that age 5 is a minimum age. Younger than that and they may get restless, making your evening less enjoyable than we’d like.
What if the show is canceled due to weather?
When cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur, we will post it on this website, send an email announcement to everyone who is signed up for our newsletter, and try to call the scheduled guests. And we will always make the effort to err on the side of caution when cancelling.
How soon should I call for reservations?
Please call as soon as you know when you would like to come. Our shows run for about two months and can sell out very quickly!
Which seats are better?
Everyone has an opinion about where the best seats are in the theater. Be assured that wherever you are seated, you will enjoy the show! Please remember that our Season Ticket patrons have first choice of seating!
What is a Season Ticket?
A Season Ticket allows you to purchase 6 admissions to your choice of shows in the coming season at discounted rates. the earlier they are purchased, the greater the discount. Season Tickets are on sale during the last two shows of a current season and the first show of the new season.
What if I want to cancel my reservation? There is no penalty for cancelling, or postponing, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Without sufficient notice, we will have to charge the credit card that you used to hold the reservation. (The same applies to those who do not keep their reservation.) Season Ticket Holders who do not provide ample time for cancellation, or who fail to keep a reservation will have their “tickets punched” as if they had attended.
